Team Training

“…By sharing his own academic research and previous consulting experiences, J.D. was able to spark excellent debates about leadership. Throughout his highly interactive class, J.D. ensured that each student received constant feedback on his or her leadership style and behavior in group situations. Personally, I finished this course with a much better understanding of how I am perceived by others and what actions I need to take to become a more effective leader in the future. I highly recommend J.D.’s class to any leader who wants to improve his or her skills…” More feedbacks →

In our three-day Human Logic™ training course, especially developed for people in leadership positions, participants learn to fully understand and accept their own Behavior Style, as well as the Behavior Styles of other people.

By understanding the difference between primal needs and fears of self and of others, participants learn how to create positive and constructive interpersonal dynamics. Improved relationships, better endorsement, and better employee engagement, all in a sustainable, genuine and authentic way, are the concrete results of this program. Understanding self and others is of great importance in becoming a better leader, and creating better endorsement and engagement with employees, customers or patients.

The training is highly practical, with ample time for practice and case studies. In this training course we follow the principles of ‘experiential learning’: we explain -> practice -> evaluate -> practice again.

Survey Reports

During the training course participants receive a personal Human Logic™ survey report, describing their Behavior Style at work as seen by six respondents compared to their self-assessment, and a social versatility report, describing their ability to empathize with and adapt to the styles of others.

The survey will be conducted on-line. Upon starting the survey, participants will receive an email with detailed instructions of how to enter and complete the survey. This email will be sent to the participants approx. 3 – 4 weeks prior to the training course.

Theory versus Practice

There will be ample practice: only approx. 30% of training time will be spent on presenting and discussing theory; approx. 70% of time will be spent on case studies, role play practice, evaluation & feedback, and action planning.

Training Syllabus

Participants will receive a comprehensive training curriculum at the start of the course, containing the curriculum, plus additional background information, case studies, etc. The syllabus is in the English language.
